Our Rooms
Our seven en-suite bedrooms mix little touches of luxury with plenty of character and homely charm. Each room has its own unique features, super comfy beds and modern shower rooms. In-room televisions, hairdryers, wifi and refreshment trays and plenty of wardrobe space allow you to kick back and enjoy some downtime in the wonderful West Sussex countryside.
Infants aged 0-2 years can stay for free in travel cot in all rooms with the exception of Room 2 which is a small single room. Please notify us at the time of booking.
ground floor twin
Room 1
A bright and spacious twin room on the ground floor of the house, this comfy room is also suitable for those who find stairs difficult. It has one step between the bedroom and entrance/shower room areas. The shower room has a large shower with grab rails and a shower seat.
Single ROOM
Room 2
This cosy first floor single room has everything you need for a comfortable stay in one snug little space. The perfect option for solo travellers on short stays.
Double ROOM
Room 3
This comfy double room on the first floor of the guest house is the perfect place to lock yourselves away from it all and enjoy the natural beauty of the West Sussex countryside.
SECOND FLOOR Twin
Room 4
This lovely twin room enjoys views across the garden and fields of Goodwood all the way to Chichester cathedral. Tucked away under the gabled roof and beams on the second floor of the house you’ll be as snug as a bug.
King Size / Family Room
Room 5
This comfy king size room amid the beams on the second floor of the guest house is great fun for a family stay. Please note that daily room supplements apply: £20 for children aged 3-12 years and £30 for children aged 13-18 years. Infants aged 0-2 stay for free.
SECOND FLOOR Twin
Room 6
This cosy beamed twin room on the second floor of the guest house enjoys views across the garden and surrounding farmland to Chichester an beyond.
King Size Room

This bright and spacious king size room on the second floor of the house has a great little seating area and views to the village pub, The Anglesey Arms.
